About Me
I am a wife, homeschool mom to three growing boys, tutor, and parenting coach. After teaching in public school for many years I felt called to home educate. We started in preschool and have continued through their high school years. I have a heart for helping families enjoy their journey and parent with grace while also preparing their children for the future God has for them. I have experience with adoption, ADHD, sensory processing, primitive reflex integration and highly sensitive children. It would be my great pleasure to support you in bringing peace and connection to your home.
My Parenting Journey
In 2015 our three boys were 10, 8 and 5. My husband and I were struggling with parenting and knew we needed better parenting tools. We tried many different approaches that relied heavily on behavior modification, but those philosophies felt unnatural and manipulative. We may have been getting some results but they weren’t long lasting and they didn’t help build the kind of family culture we longed for. When we discovered Connected Families we found it to be clear, intentional, and in alignment with biblical principals of grace and growing wisdom in our kids.
Being coached through Connected Families was the best investment we could have made in our family. We gained a new perspective that helped us connect with our boys before jumping in to correct their behavior. Not only has it brought more confidence and clarity to our parenting, it has brought more peace to our home. That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing these tools with families. Our family has experienced such an amazing transformation and I would love to help your family experience this too.

Parenting and homeschooling are so intertwined. As a homeschooling mom I understand the unique lifestyle and parenting challenges homeschooling families face.
